French Traditional Passion Fruit Soufflé and sorbet at Lafite
A good soufflé needs to be served immediately out from the oven. Crust on the top n soft in the middle. The sorbet is also very refreshing served with a very thinly sliced dehydrated orange

It surely do.. Especially that finely sliced piece of dehydrated orange with the perfect crisp, I had a dehydrator at home n yet i cant adjust the perfect timing or thickness yet.

Hahaa yeah but they use commercial slicer n dehydrator. So results is always better b
