My portobello mushroom brioche burger. Topped with slices of onions ,fried egg in a capsicum ring, truss tomatoes , mango curry sauce with some baby spinach on the bottom. I marinated my portobello mushrooms for a few hours before I cooked it so it gives a very nice juicy flavour when u bite on it. #joeylnycooks

I marinate with balsamic vinegar , butter , salt , dried herbs :parsley , oregano , cayenne pepper , sea salt pepper

Lol. It isn't .just few minutes to marinate. To marinate just pour n sprinkle and rub and massage the portobello mushrooms n let it sit for few hours.
