PiggyLovesToEat   Dec 19th 2015 at 9:27AM   0   ▼ There's a dish called Hakka Noodle. Normally it's those wanton noodle cooked with minced meat and sprinkled with some fried onion and spring onion. The sauce is transparent to very light brown. Can order in those kopitiam or medan selera stall. But not a lot of people cook this well, the best I've tried it's actually hidden at the back alley of Petaling Street!

Based on the texture and the thickness of the noodles. It was surprisingly very delicious and they can really bring out the chinese stir fry taste XD
