Finally found black garlic. It's slightly sweet , balsamic vinegar taste. Only bought two. Should have bought more. But no more space in my luggage bag. 😂

How do you eat black garlic normally? Cooked with any dishes?

Haven't cooked with it. Eaten Ina. Sandwich before. But some ppl use it in dishes. Have yet to try. I just eat it as it is.
