Secret Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups soymilk (i use regular skim milk as it doesn't bother my ibs) or 1 1/2 cups rice milk (i use regular skim milk as it doesn't bother my ibs)
  • 1 banana , ripe (i slice and freeze first)
  • 3/4 tablespoon peanut butter
Directions
  1. Blend all in blender or magic bullet until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
