Secret Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup walnut pieces
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • Raspberry jam
Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients, except jam, well, in order given.
  2. Put 1/2 the mixture on bottom of greased 9"x13"x2" pan. Spread with raspberry jam. Crumble the remaining oatmeal mixture over top of jam.
  3. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes or until done.
