My very own DIY spicy dry noodles known as 辣椒刀削面(干).

How to Cook it? Super super simple. Really. I did not bluff u😂😂
1) Vegetarian Oyster Sauce 1tbsp
2) sambal chilli 1 tsp
3) chilli crunch 1tsp
4) XO mushrooms sauce 1tsp
5) mushroom minced meat paste 1tsp (optional)
Any type you like but I'm using the dried ban mian version. For toppings, I use the " ikan bilis" made of mushrooms and add lettuce and Omnimeat to make it look pretty.
1) mushrooms sliced
2) toufu cut into cubes
4) omnimeat ball (optional)
5) mushrooms ball ( optional )
6) salt or seasoning to taste
I added wanton because I need to cook it before the expiry date.
Before you cook the noodles, important is to prepare the soup and the paste in the bowl. Standby those aside and move on to cook the noodles. Once the noodles are well cooked, take them out and placed it into bowl. Add 3 tbsp of soup onto the noodles and add the ingredients you want on the noodles.
