Black and white version of Asian typical fried carrot cake.

Did a vegan version of the black carrot cake using bean curd as egg substitute as my little girl had to avoid eggs for 3 weeks.

Another white version, I spread chilli on top and omg! The chilli taste is nice with this white carrot cake but of course with Egg.

Hawker style carrot cake. Love it to the max!
