Looking at my fridge with those noodles, purple cabbage and decide to make Lor Mee.
To me, Lor Mee Goes well with the veggie fritters and tadah!
My eldest literally ate 7 big pieces of the fritters which she hardly do that and credit goes to my helper. Lol... she fry it well!
Important thing for Lor Mee is the soup must have the ummmphh feel.. not bad since hubby say ho jiak! In Lor Mee soup, 5 spices (五香粉) must cannot put too little if not the taste not powerful enough.
I added eggs in the soup to have more visual appearance.
