Happiee Plant Based Konjac Fishiee Patties from NTUC. I ordered them online for 2 box for $8.95. One box contains 2 pcs of these konjac patties.

My self made tar tar sauce. (My sauce contains eggs and you can do a vegan version)
1) coselaw dressing
2) Japanese mayonaise
3) one lemon ( squeeze the juice out)
4) diced japanese cucumber (one only)

Mixed them all together and you will get the sourish tar tar of your own.

I prefer to oil fry the patties than air fry as I can lock the juice in.
