Carbonara with shitake mushroom. Loving the cream for it was not too dairy and was light enough for dinner. You can literally taste that it was much lighter than the carbonara out there and it was less oily. Asparagus was fresh and crunchy, while the crispy fried oyster mushroom on top of the spaghetti was never enough for us!

I think the sesame sauce spaghetti is much special and nicer. Carbonara? Nah too mainstream hehe
