Japanese charcoal soba with miso soup. There were many varieties of side dishes served along the chewy soba. The noodles will surprise u with a very tangy garlicky taste. Miso soup was very big with lots of cabbage and mushroom. Good for sharing!

Is the noodles supposed to be dipped into the soup?

Oh definitely no. The noodles reminded me of the garlicky pasta in Big Hug Burger, the taste is quite similar. So i supposed it is not meant to dip in the soup. Or else the soup will turn super pungent ewww! 😂
