NESTRETTO comes from the espresso named RISTRETTO, a short shot of espresso made with the same amount of ground coffee like the espresso but the extraction time is half and the amount of water used is also half.
Nestretto is founded by FUMIKI & MS CHAN in early 2014. Mr. Fumiki has a keen interest in coffee, serving his own coffee recipes to his relatives. The drinks received good praises and thus began his ambition and interest in owning a coffee shop.
They research the coffee shops in KL and found the elements they needed for their coffee shop. Right after the trip, they began the building up of the café.
