Thanks to my friend who treat me this creative mochi cake! A corn custard is sandwiched in between 2 layers of eggy cakes, wrapped with coconut mochi on the outer layer. The taste was quite mild, only when you carefully eat each layer you are able to analyse each taste. I would say this is a cake for those who live in the moment.
