I'm so bored of eating steamed jagung every breakfast, today my mom made this special breakfast. It's pan fried bread coated with breadcrumbs and egg, with purple sweet potato sandwiched in between the bread slices. The outcome is so good! The sweet potato is soft and sweet making the bread not too hard to be eaten. Btw, the bread is homemade by my mom too 😍🥰

Looks so nice and pro, golden crust with purple fillings! Reminds me of those fried 年糕 that those goreng pisang stalls sell. 😍
