Steamed egg with texture that's like onsen egg! Half running egg inside, which you could scoop and eat with a teaspoon and not too watery. Cooked using steam oven. 😋

Cooked to perfection! If marinated with herbs then can become Herbal Ramen Egg haha

Haha, I heard onsen egg is not so easy to cook... This one is easier lol.
