Sushi Kitchen™ established at year 2009. We are the 1st plant-based sushi in Malaysia. We use fresh fruits and vegetables as our core ingredients.
Sushi Kitchen™ is a place for us to love ourselves, to reward ourselves. Our meals took 8 years to perfectly match modern living standards.
Vegetable Cleaning Process
We use enzyme to soak all vegetables for 45 mins, then wash and clean them thoroughly before cooking.
Filter Water for all Cooking and Drinking
We filter and store our filtered water by using the method of Dr. Masaru Emoto to form the most positive crystals in water. Sushi Kitchen™ aims to serve customer the best, all our soups, beverages use complete positive crystalized filtered water.
Fresh Fruits and Vegetables are Main Cooking Ingredients
In Sushi Kitchen™, we practice plant-based diet. We use Himalayan salt and brown sugar as seasoning. No mock meat in our menu. Eat our green veggies.
