I was handed a platter of sushi so beautifully presented it seemed a pity to eat it. But my gluttony got the better of me, and I polished this off singlehandedly. A surprising combination of avocado, rice, nori and tempura something-or-the-other. Let's just call it Fried Awesome. And then it's drizzled with a thick tangy-sweet-savoury sauce and served with wasabi, soy sauce and pickled ginger. Super yum.
