Lunch box ✨🌈
Breakfast: Rice flour pancakes & pb drizzle.
Simply combine (2 servings):
1/2 cup rice flour (from @a_bit_less )
1/2 cup oat flour
1 cup Soymilk
1 tsp acv
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
Mix well and fry 1/4 cup of batter on nonstick pan for one pancake.

Lunch: rainbow bowl
Packed the leftover ingredients from making sushi into lunchbox to make this beautiful veggie bowl.
It has: seasoned rice (mirin, salt, sugar), cucumber, carrot, purple cabbage, cherry tomato, alfalfa sprouts, teriyaki tempeh.
Dressing: miso paste, lemon juice, maple syrup, soy sauce, water.

Snack: pineapple 🍍

Dinner: Currently I am fasting for spiritual purpose so I fast my dinner.
