Soft white bread 🍞

Swipe to see the bread loaf. The smooth brown crust and spongy bread turned out so perfectly. I am so impressed 🤩💕 Except it’s a bit too dense for my preference, need to work on the kneading. Probably need to folding so that it will be more airy and fluffy.

Making bread from scratch is so fun and I don’t have to worry about the additives in the store bought bread.
