[EGGLESS MAYONNAISE] 🐣💚

You miss the eggy and creamy mayonnaise but can’t have egg? No worries, this recipe is for you ✨Save this recipe now!

[Ingredients]
- 1/2 cup Soymilk (I used sweetened soymilk @vsoyworld)
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/ tbsp agave syrup
- 1 cup Sunflower oil (or any vegetable oil except olive & coconut oil)
- 1 tsp brown rice vinegar

[Steps]
1. In a blender, add Soymilk, black salt, Dijon mustard and agave syrup. Blend for 10-15 second to combine.
2. Over medium speed, slowly stream in the oil into the blender to emulsify the fat and liquid into thick and creamy texture.
3. Finally, add vinegar and blend a bit more to combine.
4. Transfer the mayonnaise into a clean jar and cover tightly. You can keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Use a clean spoon to scoop the amount you need for use.
