Pulled Mushrooms Burger 🍔😋

Inspired by pulled pork burger, I have created this pulled mushroom burger 🐖❤🌱

Why mushrooms? There are many recipes using young Jack fruits but when I search around in the market, I can't find any young Jack fruit and that was frustrating. I have decided to look into other ingredients and have found king oyster mushrooms

King oyster mushrooms has a nice meaty texture and it's also spongy which makes it absorb flavour really well🍄🍄🍄

Pair them with some homemade barbecue sauce and cook them the right method, you can capture the juiciness and flavour in the mushrooms and when you eat, BOMB🌋! The flavourful juice and meaty texture is going to amaze your tastebuds, YUM! 🤤
