Spicy bibim naengmyeon! ❤❤❤
Omg I made it! So glad that I manage to shap these photos before the sunset, PHEW!
The broth is the same broth I made for mul naengmyeon (2 post ago). I freeze it beforehand but after I took the photos it was all melted HAHA.
I made the spicy sauce with:
- Korean pear
- green onion
- Korean chili flakes
- Korean fermented chili paste
- soy sauce and more...
My version was less spicy than what I had in the Korean restaurant which I like it because I remembered the last time I had it I sweat and tears so much cuz it was too spicy for me.
This vegan naengmyeon is spicy, cold, chewy and I really love the sweet scent and flavour from the pears. YUM!
