Let's make Steamed Rice Roll (vegan as usual!)

[Rice rolls]
- 55g glutinous rice flour
- 10g wheat starch* (typo in the video, it's wheat starch instead of tapioca starch)
- 5g corn starch
- 200g water
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- A pinch of salt

[Filling]
- 125g Shimeiji mushrooms, chopped roughly
- a few slices of carrot, shred
- 1 stalk spring onion, chopped (extra for garnish)
_
[Fried shallots]
- 4-5 shallots, peeled & sliced thinly
- 2 tsp cai pu (Chinese preserved radish), rinse and strain
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
[Sauce]
- 5g sugar
- 40g hot water
- 15-20g soy sauce (adjust accordingly)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
