Ingredients (makes 16 dumplings):
Wrapper:
130g wheat starch
30g potato starch
170ml hot water
1tsp vegetable oil

Filling：
140g tempeh
50g carrot
100g white shimeiji mushrooms
oil to cook
2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp corn starch
