Made this 2 days ago and it brought back memories of my trips to Thailand. Over the past 15 years, I've travelled numerous times to Thailand including Bangkok, Songkhla, Pattaya, Hatyai, Krabi, Phuket, Koh Lipe, Koh Pangan, Krabi, Salaya and I've thoroughly enjoyed Thai food. This soup has all the signature flavours from Thailand including kaffir lime leaves, galangal, coriander and coconut milk.
