Super happy that my friend and fellow raw vegan chef Tina Barrat was in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia recently. We met in Hong Kong in 2016 and I've always admired all her wonderful creations at all the pop-up dinners via Instagram.
A talented gourmet raw vegan French chef, Chef Tina Barrat was here to show how to create healthy and absolutely delicious food!
We had the privilege to experience a 4-course, mainly raw vegan French dinner inspired by “A Summer in Provence”, hosted by @theviolentflame

💚Raw clear broth with edible flowers & micro greens
💚No-goose liver pate with keto bread, raisin and blackberries kiwi chutney
💚Ratatouille with pine nuts & quinoa (cooked) 💚Two different kinds of Chocolate Cheeze cake
💚There was also kefir drinks as well as some yummy cheese nibbles to start off the dining experience
