Using natural colouring from organic dragon fruit. ❌white flour, ❌lard, ❌white sugar, ❌eggs.
Instead I used almonds, chia seeds, dragon fruit, 100% natural coconut sugar nectar from Gula Melts for the mooncake skin. For the filling, superfood cacao goodness thanks to Organicule Superfoods and dates. The yolk was made with dried apricots.💕💕
