Pomelo Salad (raw vegan) by #RawChefYin.
Here's what I did: INGREDIENTS: ✔️1 pomelo, peeled and segmented ✔️Homemade chilli sauce (recipe in my upcoming eBook) ✔️4 bok choy leaves, sliced finely ✔️1/2 tablespoon lime juice ✔️A handful of activated sunflower seeds ✔️Pinch of organic salt ✔️Pinch of Masarang Arenga Forest Sugar from @straitswholefoods ✔️Pinch of Shio-tempeh (I learnt how to make this from Connie Chew @connie.chew)
METHOD Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Taste and adjust seasonings accordingly. It should be sweet, sour, salty, spicy all at the same time.
