Flavoured Artisanal Butter (raw vegan) by #RawChefYin.
I decided to make some vegan butter today to accompany my bread for lunch. Thought it would be fun to see if I could flavour them with some Malaysian flavours. Used curry leaves as well as chilli flakes.
Placed them in silicon moulds that I bought from House of Ingredients - I think these were meant for chocolates but they worked perfectly for my vegan butter too. YAY!!
