Orange Passionfruit Cheesecake (raw vegan) by #RawChefYin.
I ate quite a bit of raw vegan cheesecakes during my trips to Taiwan and Bali, so I came back inspired to make new and improved versions of mine.
Spotted some passionfruit at the fruit stall and grabbed them. I'm happy with my new cheesecake filling recipe which has orange juice and orange zest in it.
Am also playing around with agar-agar these days, even though it's not raw, it's now very often used in raw recipes. My mum used to make us agar-agar desserts for us more than 30 years ago but it seems all the rage now in the west.
This morning I woke up and decided to dress up my orange passionfruit cheesecake with:
