Beetroot Hummus (raw vegan) by #RawChefYin
30g white sesame seeds
1 medium-sized beetroot, roughly chopped(from @zenxinorganicfoodkl)
30g of walnuts
35g organic extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon Rainbow Vitality Enzyme from @straitswholefoods
1 tablespoon organic apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon organic Himalayan pink salt
1/8 teaspoon chilli flakes
Microgreens from @greenpatchmalaysia
Freshly ground black pepper
1️⃣Place sesame seeds into mill attachment of food processor and grind till it turns into fine powder.
2️⃣Add sesame seed powder and the rest of the ingredients into a powerful food processor and process till desired texture. I used my Nutribullet. @thenutribullet
3️⃣Top with microgreens, pine nuts and black pepper.
4️⃣Serve and enjoy😋
