You can still have CHEESE if you choose to be vegan. It'll be the non-dairy kind, which is just as yummy.
And why not take it up a notch and make it raw vegan?
Here's my raw vegan cheese board that I served up yesterday at the one-to-one private cheese-making class.
CHEESE (yes, I made them):
- basic cultured cashew cheese
- Korean seaweed cheese (NEW!)
- spirulina blue cheese
- Gochugaru + smoked paprika cheese (NEW!)
- Ashed cheese (NEW!), inspired by the one I had in Melbourne
- Za'atar Crackers
- 2 kinds of grapes
- Goji berries
- Dehydrated plantains
- Ulam raja
- Curry leaves
- Golden raisins
