Again with no working stovetop, I had to just toast the flatbread in my toaster oven. I tried about 4 times before I got one that could be rolled nicely.
Love how most of it is RAW - yeahhhh!!!
I was given long neck Russel avocados 🥑🥑🥑 from Vietnam by @misteravo so I used them here. Felt that it really created a dramatic effect on the plate.
Taste was great. I totally enjoyed my lunch.
