Vegan Japanese Curry
INGREDIENTS
For the sauce
🥕carrot, chopped
cherry tomatoes
🍌banana, cut into 1-inch pieces
turmeric root, sliced
fresh ginger root, sliced
garlic, minced
curry powder
garam masala
soy sauce
lime juice

1 packet sweet peas
