CARDAMOM & CASHEW RICE (cooked vegan, oil-free) 🌾🌾🌾
Inspired by Natasha’s grandma’s recipe.
Mine was made with brown rice + red rice with lots of veggies including long beans, carrot, orange sweet potato and cherry tomatoes. I used whole spices, measured out one by one and not a generic spice blend.
There’s also @snappeafood plant-based milk 🥛
Garnished with microgreens from @thefarmasia. 🌱
I also kept it OIL-FREE!
