MANGO SORBET MOONCAKE

So loving the vegan sorbets that Sweet Escape sent to me.

And since it's mid-Autumn festival, I was kinda in a mooncake mania and wanted to include their vegan mango sorbet in my mooncakes :)

Here's the result!

Chocolate bit made from scratch, k? I didn't just melt some chocolate bar. 🍫
