Mango with Black Sticky Rice
One of my favourite desserts! The combination of mango + black rice + coconut cream is just divine.
2 cups uncooked black sticky rice
2 cups plant-based milk, I used @snappeafood
1 cup Masarang Arenga Forest Sugar from @straitswholefoods
¼ cup @Marylebonegroup coconut oil butter
1 teaspoon French sea salt from @loveearthorganic
2 ripe mangoes, cubed
Mint from @thefarmasia
1. Steam black sticky rice til cooked
2. Add milk, sugar, coconut oil and salt into mixing bowl and whisk till well-combined and sugar is dissolved.
3. Transfer black sticky rice into the mixture, stir and leave to stand for 30 minutes at room temperature.
4. Scoop rice into serving bowls and top with mango.
