https://gumroad.com/l/vegantea/timeWhen I first made raw vegan bread, it was hard like cardboard. Eventually, my raw vegan bread was less hard and it became more like rye bread. Which is still quite dense even with the inclusion of psyllium husk.
Then last year I started experimenting with a raw food technique which brought my bread to a much closer consistency of traditional bread that we have in Malaysia.
It’s soft and spongy.
