oday's lunch...veganising Her Majesty The Queen's recipes.
Instead of ikan bilis, I used shiitake mushrooms. To substitute beef, I used OmniMeat strips.
For healthier sauce with no MSG/preservatives, I used - organic soy sauce, organic coconut nectar, organic tauchu.
Used The Farm Asia's microgreens 😃
Our beloved queen @airtangan_tunkuazizah recently went Live on Masters of Malaysian Cuisine @malaysianchefs in partnership with Facebook group Masak Apa Tak Jadi Hari Ni to showcase some recipes using Malaysian Ikan Bilis.
So I thought I’d try to veganise her dishes with the ingredients I have with me!
