FLOUR + WATER LESSON: BEET FARFALLE
My submission to @foodfutureinstitute:

“This was fun!
I didn't use beet juice as I had beet root powder...guess I didn't use enough as the colour isn't deep enough 😉
Some of the subs:
Orange sweet potato instead of butternut squash
Water spinach instead of kale
Pea milk instead of soy milk as it was given to me for review ;)”

💚INGREDIENTS FOR MY BEET FARFALLE💚
FOR THE BEET FARFALLE
✅100g Semolina flour
✅25g Bob’s Red Mill flour
✅38g Red beet juice made with @organicule beetroot powder
✅25g Water

FOR THE BEET & SPINACH SAUCE
✅1 Garlic clove, minced
✅1 orange sweet potato
✅Water spinach leaves, stalks removed
✅4g Pine nuts
✅½ tsp Salt
✅38g Sproud pea milk from @veganventures4u
