Now that the mid-autumn festival is over, Iโm no longer making raw vegan mooncakes.
So this gives me time to make my own soy-free tempeh again!

My current favourite tempeh is yellow split pea tempeh as I donโt need to go through the process of dehulling.
And the taste is so yummy ๐
