Like this delicious KindMoment!
Now that the mid-autumn festival is over, I’m no longer making raw vegan mooncakes.
So this gives me time to make my own soy-free tempeh again!
Yayyyyyy!! 🙌
My current favourite tempeh is yellow split pea tempeh as I don’t need to go through the process of dehulling.
And the taste is so yummy 🙂
