Made the Pecan Pie Cups, a recipe from the upcoming Plant-Based Bundle.

Very simple recipe and took quite fast to make it.

Good for beginners 👍

I think it’s a bit heavy on the nuts though since I work with buckwheat and seeds more nowadays…
And it tastes like a lot of dates!
