Her recipe is for the instant pot, but I’m gonna see if I can make it in my Thermomix instead.

This is mainly for Mr Jazz Guitarist 🎸🎸🎸

Here’s what I used:

INGREDIENTS
2 cups onions
1.5 cups diced carrots
1 cups diced celery 2 cups peeled, diced potatoes
1.5 cups green & brown lentils – soaked, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup red lentils – soaked, rinsed and drained
6 cups water
4 tomatoes
2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon Sweet Paprika
1 teaspoon smoked paprika

To add later:
1 tablespoon Miso
1 tablespoon Shio Koji
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1-2 teaspoons more Italian seasoning + dried lavender
