This is Angel🐄, a mini zebu from Iowa Farm Sanctuary! Angel was born without the use of her back legs, and when she first arrived at Iowa Farm Sanctuary, she had never experienced mobility or independence before. With the help of her veterinary care team, Angel was fitted for a customized mobility cart. It didn't take any time at all for Angel to realize that her new wheels could open up the world for her. She was so excited and proud to stand tall and move freely! Angel loves to graze, explore, cuddle with friends, nap in the sun or by the fireplace, and munch on broccoli, which is her favorite treat! Angel is truly beautiful inside and out. She has the longest eyelashes and the biggest heart. Angel is so loving and accepting. She has a way of making everyone she meets feel special and important. Angel is the queen of Iowa Farm Sanctuary and the queen of our hearts!
