In our new investigation of 18 live animal markets in the San Francisco Bay Area, we found shocking instances of what we believe to be animal cruelty. While on display for customers, amphibians and reptiles spend their days in plastic tubs with little to no water. Frogs, such as the ones seen here, are often piled up on top of one another.
