It's a global site which lists vegetarian/vegan restaurants/stores worldwide. You just need to type the location you want; for e.g. "Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia" and the site will list all the restaurants in the area or nearby. When I went to Cambodia, I also searched through happycow.net :)
