It has been a long time since the penguin ate out with somebody hahaha, so happy!

Hiyashi Chuka Udon. It came with thinly sliced ham and thinly sliced omelette (skilled chef haha). I gave it to a friend who was eating a big fat burger with roasted sweet purple potatoes (which I got in exchange) heh heh heh.

It's tangy and sour but really fits well to the udon, balancing out the flavours. The Udon is really a challenge to eat as it slips out from the chopsticks. So the sauce from the noodles...heeheehee people around my table received some "udon blessings" as the penguin happily chewed this dish.
