香喷喷好吃的素雞仔饼做成功了,纯素者可以以 50g 的食油代替一粒蛋。我的烘培和做糕点功夫超不好的,每次拿到食镨,想学做都会事前做好准备功夫,问清楚食材和制作过程才动工,不然有可能一失足成千古恨,前功尽棄,做出來的成果不理想或失败而浪费食材。步骤图与食镨在留言里

素雞仔饼食材:

食油 250g
盐 1 teaspoon
糖粉 100g
麥芽糖 1 tablespoon
南乳五块
蛋一粒 (纯素者以 50g 食油取代)
冬瓜糖 200g 冷冻后再以盅打碎
黑芝麻 50g 炒香备用
白芝麻 50g 炒香备用
五香粉 1/2 tablespoon
胡椒粉 1/2 teaspoon
面粉 450g
双倍发粉 1 tablespoon ( 可用1 1/2 的发粉代替)
