因为喜欢纯黑糖的味道, 喜欢到每星期买来吃, 自从行动管制后就少出门了, 所以上网找食谱来学做, 做了黑糖碰糕至少 7 次, 每次都做不到我想要的口感,有几次是失败的,但我不放弃, 这次改用水合法, 用人工揉团避免面粉起筋, 做出来的碰糕是柔软的。 感谢家人尝脸配合不浪费食物,愿意把不完美的作品吞下,这也让我有机会再接再励做出一个满意的作品.
